Avena

Standing tall in the middle of a vast meadow, Avena is filled with magnificent towers. First built by the aviarans, or winged people, as a refuge, now the city acts as the headquarters for the Soaring Scouts of the Silver Legion. Anything happening under the sky of the central plains can be observed from the towers of Avena.
