A seaside town well known for their endeavor in pursuing knowledge. Controlled by the Stargazer Veskar clan, this town becomes the home of some of the most advanced mage academies in the continent. Together with North Carad Garrison, Aellar act as the gate keeper to the Whitefur clan territory to the northern island.
